He was able to answer all our questions and was particularly knowledgeable when it came to accessibility issues. (I have problems getting in and out of a lot of vehicles because my knee does not bend properly) Most importantly, he was patient and took the time to make sure we were happy with all decisions we made based on his advice and direction. In the end, we purchased our KIA Rio from another dealer but our selection was based on the great work Ford did with us. More

Ford was not pushy at all and was really great at figuring out what I wanted in a car and what he could offer me based on that, rather than trying to upsell me things I didn't want. He was very patient and wasn't trying to rush me. Those traits were definitely appreciated after encountering other sales people at different dealerships who harass you the second you get on the lot and are trying to sell you stuff you don't want. Even after I have purchased my car he has contacted me to make sure everything is going well and I still love my car. Despite him saying he is relatively new to the industry, he was very knowledgable and did a great job answering any questions I had. I would reccomend going to visit Ford if you are interested in buying a Kia! He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable! More

Personable, friendly and instantly someone you felt you could trust. I hate pushy sales people and Ford was definitely not that. He asked what we were looking for and helped us get what we wanted.
