The Customer service I received at Baycity Kia Barrie was by far the worst out of any dealership I have been to. I went in ready to buy a New car, but the Sales team was lazy and made me feel like I was an i by far the worst out of any dealership I have been to. I went in ready to buy a New car, but the Sales team was lazy and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Not to mention; return calls and emails were filled with sarcasm, and were rarely returned promptly. I had probably been to 15 dealerships and my experience at Barrie KIA was terrible. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone, If you are in the Barrie area looking for a KIA; go to Newmarket. My experience there was outstanding, customer service and professionalism was top notch. More
