No vultures! Rob(Robert) Haslam came over and indtroduced himself. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He put us at ease about the vehicle we were considering, as well as both financing and post purchase questions/concerns. This was for a used vehicle and they made us feel welcomed and very valued. It's the little things I don't usually write reviews, and I never thought I would regarding a car dealership but all it took was a down to earth, well dressed and personable I don't usually write reviews, and I never thought I would regarding a car dealership but all it took was a down to earth, well dressed and personable young man to change that. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Mr. Jason Abram a little over two years ago, which buying a new vehicle is overwhelming on its own but he genuinely took the time. Jason didn't rush my time he wasn't pushy and it was wonderful that I was the priority, a much needed and refreshing change from past experiences. The main experience I want highlighted is recently, I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my jeep as I was getting the tires rotated and without missing a beat Jason recognizes me walks over and asks how I'm enjoying my Wrangler. I figured it would be a nice little chit chat and he would be on his way but a half hour goes by I left smiling that day. Not only did he have the time for me when I was thinking of purchasing, but also two years later when I was very bored on my phone in the lobby waiting. I just want to say thank you, you're humble and kind personality did not go unnoticed and I appreciate the experience I had dealing with you.
