Bought a van I received a promotion in the mail to trade in my previous van for a new one as a return customer. I went in to check it out and was greeted by Gary B I received a promotion in the mail to trade in my previous van for a new one as a return customer. I went in to check it out and was greeted by Gary Boucher. He immediately made me feel at home and was very helpful in getting me the best deal possible. I found him easy to talk to and very sincere. I had my 4 year old with me and he offered to do most of the dealings out by the indoor playground so that my son could have some fun. That was very helpful! I ended up getting an new and upgraded model van, 0% financing and am now paying about $50 less a month. It was easy and relaxed- didn't feel any sales pressure. All in all a great experience. I would recommend Gary Boucher as a sales person to anyone looking to get a new vehicle. More

I rate my experience as ZERO- They tried to scam me I attended in the previous weeks 11Apr16 with full intentions of buying a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Pick Up. I dealt with ADAM GROSE a sales consu I attended in the previous weeks 11Apr16 with full intentions of buying a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab Pick Up. I dealt with ADAM GROSE a sales consultant who is a snake!!!!!! His quotes for the vehicle he picked out for me did not add up in price- when I tried to add the left column to match the right he physically snatched the quote sheet from me across the table. I have never experienced such BS ever buying a vehicle. He forced me to leave a deposit to "hold" this truck which i guarantee is still in the lot so I could bring someone the following night to help me because I did not trust him!!! I needed to tow a certain amount of pounds and he was going to put a hitch on the vehicle that would not have been equipped for what he told me once we checked he vin of the vehicle- He lied Further: I had a control number for a discount and when he was given the discount it disappeared in his cluster of numbers so it was not passed down to the customer but rather the dealership kept it using add on admin fees and fudged numbers!!!!! NEVER FORCE THEM TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT IF THEY ARE LEGIT and watch yourself with them I TOOK MY MECHANIC THE NEXT NIGHT WHO HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH BUYING AD SELLING CARS AND HE CONFIRMED MY CONCERNS AND WE WALKED OUT I live in Barrie and got a great deal and excellent service at Peel Chrysler in Mississauga- well worth the drive- Best move I ever made Should I require warranty work on my new truck I will travel to Aurora or wherever to get service- not with these clowns! We tried to speak to the manager about our complaint the next day and he didn't care Since that time I have referred a number of people from Barrie to Peel Chrysler and they are all happy customers SHAME ON YOU SCAMMERS!!!!!!
