Great Dealership I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Mac at Barrie Chrysler last week. Mac was very helpful and professional, and even let me take the Jeep to I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Mac at Barrie Chrysler last week. Mac was very helpful and professional, and even let me take the Jeep to pick up my son when I ran out of time to finish the paperwork - very impressed! The only inconvenience was when picking up the Jeep after everything was finalized I had to wait 30 min for the finance manager even though the time was already pre-arranged. Besides that I had a great experience with Barrie Chrysler as a repeat customer and will definitely return for my next vehicle. More

Absolutely brutal My boyfriend brought his car in since his heat had stopped working. He was told it was the rad hose and to bring it in. This was last Saturday. Flash forward to today when we brought the car in for the appointment. It was at 3:30 and we were told it was a 3 hour progress. Once dropped off, we were told it would be done by 8, which is not 3 hours. We went off to wait till the car was done, and received a phone call at 5. Apparently the parts never came in and there was no point in was being there. The kicker is that he received a phone call yesterday stating that the parts were in and ready. We finished our supper and went back to the dealership. Instead of booking the appointment asap, they said they would call him within the next week. We went to the car and the check engine light came on sudden (not on when we dropped it off). Took it back to the service centre and was told that it was our fault. Once running the codes, they determined that he needed to bring the car back in for another appointment. The appointment was booked for Monday, and we went to leave since the light wasn't a concern. We were told they were sorry and sent away. Turn on the car to find another light (traction) on, which was also told to be our fault. They took it around back and came back to tell us it was a bunch of updates and not a concern. We will be cancelling the appointment for next week. We will not be buying another car from this dealership, nor recommending it to anybody else. Absolutely terrible service, communication and just complete chaos. More

Chrysler RAM lease advertisement I stumbled across a compelling Online RAM Truck lease option and from there quickly paid a visit to my local Chrysler Dealer - Barrie Chrysler. A I stumbled across a compelling Online RAM Truck lease option and from there quickly paid a visit to my local Chrysler Dealer - Barrie Chrysler. After meeting with Brandon Black and Gary Lyden it became apparent that the advertisement offer may not be executable based on Truck availability. I was left somewhat disappointed until after a short discussion with both Brandon and Gary. They were able to make truthful assessments of what could be done in an effort to get me into a brand new RAM using all available lease options and rebates. Their service and commitment to me personally drove me to share my experience with my father in law. He quickly approached his local Chrysler dealer in Gravenhurst and also signed up and purchased a new 2017 RAM the very same day! Net is, due to how I was treated at BARRIE Chrysler the Chrysler company earned another sale! I would also like to thank James Ellis from the finance dept as he also shared insights which supported the upgrade on the truck I leased before I actually took delivery. I will return upon my lease renewal expiry and if given the chance recommit to Chrysler. I will once again purchase a new RAM truck from Brandon , Gary and James. Pete More

He was always respectful, friendly, and was able to answer all questions. He kept in touch with me via phone and text, and worked hard along with his associates to complete the buying process.
