I picked up my truck and was surprised to see that it was even washed for me, very nice touch. Not expected but was greatly appreciated. It is something small but makes a Hugh impact on going the extra mile. Thank you. Also want to thank the courtesy driver who picked me up at 6:00 pm as this was after his shift was to end. I only found this out as we were talking. I said I was sorry and he smiled and told me not to worry he was happy to come get me, not once complained about having to work late. Not sure what his name is but nice man. I was in management for many years and I can tell you your staff so far are very polite and engaged as far as customer service is concerned. They let us take the vehicle home overnight to try out and evaluate. After we decided we liked the vehicle, we sat down and were able to negotiate what we felt was a fair price for the new vehicle and trade value of our old 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan.
