Never Go Back To A G. M. C. Sierra Truck I have purchased 3 G.M.C. Sierra Trucks in the past 10 years. I was happy with the first 2 trucks but the last one I bought was a nightmare experience I have purchased 3 G.M.C. Sierra Trucks in the past 10 years. I wrote a letter to the president of the company telling him of my experience I had with the GPS system I had in the truck. I told him it needed an update. His secretary phoned me to somewhat apologize. Long story is they never gave me an update. I phoned the secretary back and told her I would never buy another G.M.C. product again. I went to Barrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and met Gary Boucher & I told him the whole story. He took care of me by putting me into your 2014 Ram 1500. Since I purchased it I have had a couple of questions to ask Gary & he was right there to answer them. He is defiantly a very knowledgeable & professional person.
