Poor customer service Took 6 days to replace a rusted panel under warranty that was supposed to take 3-5 days. I had to go from Midland to Barrie as Midland Chrysler doesn't have a body shop and they didn't offer me a rental car. They broke a lift on my back hatch (it was missing altogether when I picked the car up so I can only assume that it was damaged during the repair as it was on the same side as the panel that was replaced). They claimed the part was on back order and I didn't hear back from them in over a week. I brought my car to Midland Chrysler and they got the hatch lift over night. More

no ethics bad dealership Went to find a new car. We saw one in the showroom that we liked. The salesman offered us a test drive in car outside that would drive like the one i Went to find a new car. Decided to deal for this car. The dealership took our trade in car out for a test drive . While waiting for them to finish I went to look at the car again but it was no longer in the showroom. I asked what happened to it and was told someone else took it for a test drive. We thought that was weird but continued to deal the salesman came back from the manager with an offer. We agreed on the offer " price". The salesman took us out to the car( now parked outside) to check features. With in minutes themanager came out to say the car was sold to the other couple that had just test drove it. We spent all that time and were excited just to be shafted. Sept 15 Scott there is no way you didn't no two people were putting in offers. The timeline is off . It was only 2 minutes from when Scott came back with an offer we agreed with, that you came out to say car was sold. The offer to find us another car should have been at the time with along with an appoligy. That is an unethical way you do business. Too little to late. I put this on facebook and the response of negative comments is overwhelming. More

Waste of time and MONEY!!! We purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from AutoPark Barrie and were told the vehicle was a former Demo Executive vehicle driven by CHRYSLER CANADA IN WINDS We purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from AutoPark Barrie and were told the vehicle was a former Demo Executive vehicle driven by CHRYSLER CANADA IN WINDSOR ON. A week after we purchased it we saw a tiny bit of rust on the inside of the bottom edge of the tailgate of the car. The paint had bubbled on the inside and came off all the way from the inside to the bottom edge of the tailgate. Jim Thompson assessed the area and said it was a paint chip which is not possible because when the door is closed you can't see and damage. He gave us an estimate of $511.10 to fix it and we have warranty with this car. He took pictures and sent them to Head office and they apparently declined it but when we called head office customer service they had no pictures sent on file. So the people at Barrie Chrysler declined it just to get out of fixing something for free under warranty. Never Purchase or Service/ Body Repair at Barrie Chrysler. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. More

Wouldn't give my hard earned money to the. Rude,not helpful I can't speak for all the staff but the one person I dealt with yesterday was very short, rude, and very arrogant with me and my partner. Every time we spoke about being interested in a certain vehicle he'd tell us that it's top of the line and $60,000. That staff member has no idea where we work, nor how much we make so why that was relevant to bring up all the time I'm not sure.....I guess I wasn't wearing my Gucci that day so he felt the need to be arrogant. I was interested in purchasing a jeep and he brushed us off as if we didn't have the money to purchase one. He didn't offer to help find a different model when you didn't have the one I was looking for in stock, nothing. We started looking around at other vehicles because he didn't offer to help, and the other vehicles we approached he considered "top of the line and too expensive". I am now looking into travelling to Milton to purchase my jeep, because not only do they have to model I'm looking for, they were kind and helpful. I would spend the extra gas money going all the way to the city, then to give this company my hard earned money that treats prospective customers the way I was treated. Moral of the story, don't judge a customer by the clothes they are wearing or how old you think they are. Yes I'm young, and wasn’t dressed up but this dealership just lost a customer because of 1 man’s lack of customer service skills and arrogance. More

Very Nice untill you've paid and left! Stay Away!! Bought a used truck and paid 37k plus tax. When we drove the vehicle the day of purchase I had realized the brakes were very bad. Called the dealership right away and they said "just drive it for a week and bring it in with all your concerns". I had a closer look at the tires they looks worn on the insides?. Took it to a local tire shop and they told me I needed new tires and brakes ASAP. This truck was sold certified! and only 2 days old. When I brought it back to the dealership and made them aware as they told me too..they washed there hands of the issue and said its maintenance problem? So my sales rep who was very nice at the time of purchase was now telling me sorry the owner wants nothing to do with it walked away and never returned my calls. After 3 weeks I decided to go to the same dealer for an quick oil change...the service department ( which has been good ) told me the oil was really bad and the air filter looked like it had never been changed. Little did he know I was told all this was done. One month after running the Vehicle I was into $2400.00 in costs. Stay Away!!!!! More

Terrible experience Walked into this dealership to purchase a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. Sales person at the door immediately dismissed the 2 door model claiming that it was impossible to get any inventory on 2 door models. I informed that I found on the Jeep website inventory at other dealerships within my price range and at a 50km radius. He instantly dismissed it claiming that they are already sold. Asked how long it would take order a new one and he again dismissed it claiming it would take about a year if I was lucky. Made claims that Jeep does not want to make the 2 door models anymore and wants to focus on the high end models. After listening to this I immediately left Barrie Chrysler/Jeep and drove to the next closet Jeep dealership which had an inventory of the model I was looking for. Bought the vehicle that day. I will not go back to Barrie Chrysler/Jeep even for a simple oil change, as I was obviously lied to and treated very poorly. More
