Thank you for notifying us of your complaint. We strive to provide you with the best possible service, and when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it is important to let us know. After reviewing your visit, we have some responses to your concerns. -The service charges have actually not increased over the past 2 years -The manufacture (Honda Canada) recommends that the cabin filter be replaced every 24, 00 km's. The tech actually inspected the filters and found leaves in the filter, and reported the filters to be dirty. The filters are similar to your furnace filter in your home, and help filter pollen, dust, and make the air flow efficiently. -It is common practice to replace the wiper refills yearly, but the tech checks for streaking or noise on each visit. Our hot summers and cold winters are especially rough on the rubber. Your wipers were noisy upon inspection. We just charge for the the actual rubber refills, but do not charge any labor. Little did we know that you had already purchased refills and that they were in your trunk. - Your vehicle was vacuumed, but we would be happy to perform a more detailed vacuum at your convenience. When you notified us that you had a concern, we did not hesitate, we took responsibility and tried to contact you the next day but did not hear back. We look forward to your next visit.
