Was convenient to do an oil change at the same time - appreciated a quick cowling 're-snap' I bought into the up-sell on the power steering fluid flush (had never been done on this vehicle now approaching 100,000 km) - but Grant explained well as to why the recommendation and cited problems with power steering pumps in similar units - as no filter in this fluid system. $130 poorer - but certainly some peace of mind with it done. Good friendly service as well on the pick up and drop off by the shuttle driver. More

My bad luck has run out After a number of unlucky, less-than-stellar, experiences with service at Bannister Honda, I'm happy to say, my last two visits have been a vastly imp After a number of unlucky, less-than-stellar, experiences with service at Bannister Honda, I'm happy to say, my last two visits have been a vastly improved customer experience. I don't know if it's their new attention to detail or what but I think someone has put an emphasis on improving things. In the last few months, they instituted a new pre-inspection of the vehicle so there's no qualms about what was or wasn't working when your vehicle is dropped off. Good job Bannister, I hope you continue this improved direction. Bannister's shuttle driver has always been excellent. More
