Winter Wheels I spoke to the service dept. approx. 1 week earlier about getting winter wheels/tires for my newly purchased Accord. The staff was both knowledgeable I spoke to the service dept. approx. 1 week earlier about getting winter wheels/tires for my newly purchased Accord. The staff was both knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions as I was going to purchase a different rim/tire size than the stock ones. I was even shown the tires I would be purchasing and told the benefits of this tire. I was phoned and informed my tires were ready and picked them up today. The purchase price was less than the original estimate. A service tech gave me some information about the tires as well. From start to finish this was a positive and expedient experience, handled by a staff that obviously takes customer service seriously with a high standard far beyond the average. More
