Easy peasy trade in and purchase at Bannister Honda We had a most excellent experience at Bannister Honda. We had been kind of looking for a small city car with excellent mileage and saw a Fit online. D We had a most excellent experience at Bannister Honda. We had been kind of looking for a small city car with excellent mileage and saw a Fit online. Drove down and got a great overview from Jason Tissington. We were very interested in it but wanted to look at selling our existing car first. We were nervous about walking away in case it was sold but Jason told us about their deposit policy. Negotiations with Jason were easy and straightforward. We had decided to sell our old car ourselves because we thought we'd get less than peanuts for it from the dealership. I'm happy to report we were very wrong on that part! We had driven our old car there to get the new one. The sales manager Don greeted us when we arrived and said, hey can I have a look at it? Why not we said. 15 minutes later we had a very reasonable offer and the trade in was done. Other great things about Bannister is their cheerful positive attitude. You're always greeted and made welcome. And when you pick up your car, you get to choose a present, you review the car's features in a nice warm showroom and then drive off happily ever after. Great experience. I'd highly recommend Jason Tissington for your next car purchase. More

Great purchase experience We were shopping for a small car and saw that Bannister had 2 2014 Fits. We met Jason on our first visit and lucked out . A very professional, articulate young man with a previous background in Customer service that really showed. I was not looking forward to the process given recent past experience buying a Jeep but Bannister makes it so pleasant. They bent over backward to make the deal was good as they could do, introduced us to the service manager who gave us some hints on an upcoming road trip on the Coq, gave us a great coupon book with service specials and even came to our house (15 minute drive) to pick up some winter tires to go with our trade in. (I purposely had decided not to trade in our old car (07 Mazda) because I usually get so insulted at the low prices they offer but when the sales manager saw it, he liked it and made me an excellent unsolicited offer.) When we picked the car up Jason spent over an hour going over it in detail and even set up the Bluetooth for us. Really, from Roxanne the receptionist to Jenn the finance mgr., everyone was great. And today we got a handwritten note from the GM thanking us for our business. Just a great experience...I am a picky buyer and I highly recommend Bannister Honda. Oh, and the Fit?? Our first Honda: absolutely love this car...our first road trip was over 2000 km and it exceeded all our expectations. Glenn and Marlaine More

Good front desk service staff I had a flat tire on a Sunday, and had to bring my vehicle to an open Vendor that day. Unfortunately, Bannister was not open. As a result, my alloy I had a flat tire on a Sunday, and had to bring my vehicle to an open Vendor that day. Unfortunately, Bannister was not open. As a result, my alloy rim was badly damaged. Devon was excellent and helped me hold the offending vendor responsible for the damage. A new rim was provided for me, and the work was done properly by Bannister. I have found the front service desk staff, especially Devon, to be cordial and client centred. I recommend them to you. More

Bannister Honda did not disappoint ! Devon ( the person @ service that helped me ) printed out 3 different tire quotes - then he explained and showed my wife & I the difference between the three types of tires. He pointed out the pros & cons of each tire; then he left the decision to us. We chose the tires we wanted and we asked that they be put on rims and installed. Bannister Honda drove us to the mall, for us to do some shopping - picked us up when car was ready. It was nice that Gene also came over to talk when he noticed us there. The day previous I had checked a few other companies for prices - Gene was right - they do have the best price. This dealership is FANTASTIC. Thanks again !! Bb Jagt More
