Another Satisfied Honda Owner I purchased my first Honda Civic Si Coupe in 1998 after my Pontiac Sunfire had been stolen and destroyed by fire. I just recently purchased a 2014 Honda Civic Touring and I have to say this new car has some pretty big shoes to fill! I have driven my new Honda Civic now three times and I have to say it is a piece of driving excitement for me. I commute to Kelowna every day and this vehicle will make that journey much more pleasurable (gotta love heated leather seats!). Above and Beyond My Expectations I was blow away by the excellent service and professionalism that Jason and Jennifer provided to me in purchasing the 2011 Honda Pilot. I had been I was blow away by the excellent service and professionalism that Jason and Jennifer provided to me in purchasing the 2011 Honda Pilot. I had been looking for about two months for a 7-8 passenger vehicle as my family is expanding. I am an old friend of Jason but didn't know he was working at Bannister. He gave me a shout out to see if I was looking for a vehicle, and I was. He told me about the Pilot and management offered to fly me there to pick it up (that was the first thing that impressed me) so I could get it back to Grande Prairie. Then I ended up in the hospital for surgery and my pregnant partner ended up in the hospital in Edmonton. But Jason and I kept in contact because I was very interested in the Pilot. Fortunately another couple that put a down payment on it, ended up backing out of their commitment. The next thing that really impressed me was working with Jennifer on the financing while I was in the hospital. She was very helpful to make it happen in a timely manner. Then, once financing was approved, you guys came through again. Driving the vehicle to Grande Prairie, Jason helping me get around to have the "out of province inspection", registration, and insurance initiated. And lastly to fly him back to Vernon.
