Bannister Honda Service & Car Sales responded

Thank you for your review. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you do not agree. You stated that you were on your own after the sale, but we actually contacted Honda on your behalf. When i was alerted of your displeasure with our Service Managers opinion on your wheel and tire issue, i asked Honda's District Service Manager to review the photo's for a 2nd opinion. He felt that the rims had normal rusting for this region, and that the tires had excessive heat build up from cornering. He also noted that the service history showed no rotation of tires.The warranty of any defective components is actually paid for by the manufacturer and it was of his opinion that he did not consider either of these issues a defect. He intern refused warranty. I would be more than happy to supply you with tires and or rims at our cost should you decide to go this route, however i am concerned that the rims will again have some rust after a winter season.
