Logistical Nightmare Overcome! My fuel pump died just as the worst snowstorm in 80 years hit town. I made it home and kept in constant touch with Tammy, hoping for a new pump out of My fuel pump died just as the worst snowstorm in 80 years hit town. I made it home and kept in constant touch with Tammy, hoping for a new pump out of Calgary asap. But the highway kept getting closed down, I was stuck in my driveway with 2 feet of snow to clear, and the days ticked by. Finally, with Tammy coordinating my being able to get to town with a loaner car becoming available, and the great service crew at Bannister putting their heads together, my car got a new pump the next day! I've been with Bannister 14 years and have never had a problem. Thanks again! More

Good Price for Extra Value Came back to Vernon for X'Mas and needed an oil change in my Jeep Commander. I was able to get an appointment with little notice. Met by very friendly Came back to Vernon for X'Mas and needed an oil change in my Jeep Commander. I was able to get an appointment with little notice. Met by very friendly staff who, even though I was just in for an oil change, agreed to have their technicians look at a couple other minor fixes that were bothering me. In the end, not only did I get my oil changed, but the other small problems were taken care of, AND my truck was washed and vacuumed. Incredible! Thank you! More
