Above and Beyond My Expectations I was blow away by the excellent service and professionalism that Jason and Jennifer provided to me in purchasing the 2011 Honda Pilot. I had been I was blow away by the excellent service and professionalism that Jason and Jennifer provided to me in purchasing the 2011 Honda Pilot. I had been looking for about two months for a 7-8 passenger vehicle as my family is expanding. I am an old friend of Jason but didn't know he was working at Bannister. He gave me a shout out to see if I was looking for a vehicle, and I was. He told me about the Pilot and management offered to fly me there to pick it up (that was the first thing that impressed me) so I could get it back to Grande Prairie. Then I ended up in the hospital for surgery and my pregnant partner ended up in the hospital in Edmonton. But Jason and I kept in contact because I was very interested in the Pilot. Fortunately another couple that put a down payment on it, ended up backing out of their commitment. The next thing that really impressed me was working with Jennifer on the financing while I was in the hospital. She was very helpful to make it happen in a timely manner. Then, once financing was approved, you guys came through again. Driving the vehicle to Grande Prairie, Jason helping me get around to have the "out of province inspection", registration, and insurance initiated. And lastly to fly him back to Vernon. I can't thank Jason, Jennifer, and Bannister Honda enough for what you did for me. I am out of the hospital, my girlfriend is back from Edmonton and we love the Pilot. Sincerely, Jason Speed More

Winter tires I was in to have my winter tires, that were on rims, installed. I waited 2 hours for this service, way to long!
