We were thankful to get the call from Bannister for the airbag replacements. We have been waiting since the press release indicating our vehicle was one of those that had potentially dangerous units. While having this work done we also had our regular oil change looked after. Love Tammy who has been with this Honda dealership since we moved here (I think)? She is a wonderful representative for the dealership..courteous, knowledgeable, and very friendly...one of the reasons we keep going back....love the cat wash and inside spruce up too. Most of all we have been thrilled about the reliability of our Honda CRV...it's a 2003 and still a great vehicle. A testament to regular servicing for sure. See you next regular service appointment! Customer service and care I always take my Honda to this dealership for maintenance. I bought my car in 2003 new. I always know if I have a problem they are there to help. Even if they can't help me they point me in the right direction ie. making a new key for my car. Emergency repair of ignition lock on Christmas Eve Today I found that I couldn't insert the key into the ignition. Was towed to Bannister Honda. The service was excellent - I needed to get to Kelowna Today I found that I couldn't insert the key into the ignition. Was towed to Bannister Honda. The service was excellent - I needed to get to Kelowna airport within a couple of hours and service technician managed to solve the problem - although the key and 'ignition' will need to be replaced. I can't tell what a relief it was to get this sorted. Thanks goodness for such great service and very helpful and friendly staff. They managed to line up a rental car for me in case this couldn't be fixed - but it was! More
