They're always ready for me when I arrive, go over what's going to be done, estimate the cost, call if there's a problem, & usually have the vehicle ready at the agreed time. Many of the staff have been there a long time, & know their customers' preferences, such as "make everything like new," or "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." More
