They Dropped the BALL First; my husband and I Leased a 2012 from the previous /owner/dealership Sunshine Honda in Vernon. ..Happy with our Civic EXL beyond words... Started First; my husband and I Leased a 2012 from the previous /owner/dealership Sunshine Honda in Vernon. ..Happy with our Civic EXL beyond words... Started looking this late Sept at the 2015, long story short both the sales person and sales manager seriously dropped the ball, lacking in customer service and follow up, including stating there was NO Black Civic Touring available anywhere in the valley and could bring in a white for $500.00 deposit, applied to the purchase, turns out Harmony Honda had all colours in the Civic Touring and as for the deposit well lets just say BULL ... sorry Bannister, we went to Harmony Honda in Kelowna, where we are happy to say on the suggestion of the salesman to take a serious look at the 2016, we did and were excited beyond words. So we waited for the 2016 Turbo Touring Civic. And made the first purchase in the Okanagan. The car is amazing, and so is the entire staff, from the sales manger, salesman, and business office to virtually everyone was beyond amazing. Highly recommend the drive to Kelowna its only 30 minutes and worth every minute 1000x's over. Oh and by the way Harmony Honda does NOT charge a $500.00 documentation fee or any other hidden fees! And I see now Bannister has just caught on to this format recently as well. Thanks for your time More
