He is an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable as to what a person needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the customer coffee room and the doughnuts Cory provided.. Worked with Lealah in the finance dept and that was also a rare treat. She also knew just what we needed and no high pressure to purchase anything we didn't want. I called to book and appointment and asked a very specific question if you are able to scan GMC t6500 with cat motor in it? The answer was yes I then asked to be put on hold and to ask the service guys who's going to do the work if they are able to scan the truck with cat 3126b in it and it's only got obd2 plug to play with. Please these details are very important and I ask you to confirm with them that you are able to perform a the scanning? Since the truck is not insured right now and I don't want to get a day permit to I show up the and get a sorry we can't scan cat motor. Please make sure I kept repeating. So she came back with yes indeed we can scan then the service guy who took my keys I told him the very same cat motor scanning obd2 plug I got problems with my injection system can you scan it?, yes sure he says we got the very best heavy duty guys in the back ... 2 days later service guy calls and says sorry nothing we can do we can't scan a cat motor..... More

No concept of time Took my truck in for service on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to get a rental to cover my work week. They found an issue, that's fine, told me it would be ready guaranteed 100% Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and they still have not finished fixing my truck, parts were a day late and then the technician apparently didn't have time to get onto my vehicle, even though they knew it costs me 150 bucks a day for a rental. Very nice to know that when they absolutely guarantee something they don't mean it at all. More
