I traded in my Xterra and bought a gently used Tahoe that after 6 days of owning it, burst into flames. Any other dealer would have said, you bought it - your problem. Not Bannister Kelowna. Chad, Miles and all their staff were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a courtesy car for 6 weeks until the insurance company deemed my Tahoe as fixable. Chad and his crew knew that wasn't good enough. They took the Tahoe back as if it never happened and we started again from the beginning. They lined up the perfect car for me and I will always be grateful for their service. I take my car to them for every service required, no question. Keep up the awesome work guys!!! More

Useless I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. These people are useless and have no idea what they are doing. She took her car in for an oil change. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. These people are useless and have no idea what they are doing. She took her car in for an oil change. Afterwards her car was not running right. She called them and the service advisor told her to drive it until something actually happened. She brought it in anyway and lo and behold, they didn't put oil back in her car! If she had listened to that man, she would have destroyed her engine! Then she started having issues with her brakes. They replaced her brake pads. They wouldn't listen to her when she said she had no breaking power. She was told nothing is wrong. If she wanted, they could replace the master cylinder which cost around $1000. She finally took her car elsewhere. She does need a new master cylinder, at a cost of $350 including labor. Do not take your car here. They know nothing and only want to rip you off. More

Poor Customer Service Experience Although accommodating to start, it was clear that the Service Consultant had decided that there was no problem with the vehicle before the service wo Although accommodating to start, it was clear that the Service Consultant had decided that there was no problem with the vehicle before the service work began. I had a Buick Enclave in for a High Speed Wobble and since he was unable to replicate it between the traffic lights in downtown Kelowna, his position quickly turned to "no issues". Despite calling my hometown dealership to help determine which parts needed replacing (its been a problem before) their position was "Buick Enclave Suspension do not wear out". Unable to get past this, I have to drive 18 hrs with a dangerous high speed wobble before taking to my local Saskatchewan dealership where, within minutes, they diagnosed and installed the $100 linkage arm that corrected the "grave control condition" of the vehicle. The icing on the cake was when Bannister made me pay for their time to misdiagnose the problem, which they refused to correct. This was the ultimate example of Ego Driven behavior. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone until the Service Mentality is corrected. Very Dangerous. More

Very sloppy workmanship. Terrible customer service. Had to take vehicle back numerous times because work was not completed propertly. I will NEVER be purchasing another GM vehicle again. Dealership is now called Bannister Kelowna...DO NOT RECOMMEND! More
