The worst service I have ever encountered. We bought a 2024 Prius Prime there last year. We asked for an English manual , we were told it was not possible. We found one in Buckingham Quebec and drove 40 minutes to get it. A month later there was a recall for a switch for the backseat windows. We made an appointment for the following week. When we arrived after 45 minutes of waiting we were told that the part was not ordered that we would have to come back. The GM at the time Matthew offered us a $250 spring cleaning of the car so I made an appointment on April 25 at 9am . When I arrived I was told that the water pressure machine had broken down the day before but no one called or texted or emailed me this news. I asked that GM Brock Burge call me and explain what happened, why was I not informed and offered an apology . Numerous messages were left with the GM, here it is a week later and no callback. The customer service and management of this dealership is abysmal at best. Don’t take your car here for service, try another Toyota dealership there are some very good ones but Bank St Toyota is not one of them More
extremely hard to make a service appointment, their call system is extremely lousy and bad. You can't reach the right person or department. They're very unprofessional, bad customer service, no one knows what they are doing from paper work to receiving calls all people are untrained and unprofessional. even management does not know what they are doing. They need to work on their customer service to get this business going. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. such a disappointment and waste of time. More
Worst service ever. I went there after my car was stolen. The rear window and the door handle were damaged only. They damage every part they touch. The technician either do a poor job or damage the car so he can do more repairs and charge for them.The claim was $6000 and jumped to $20000 because of that. Some examples of what they did Poor cleaning of the broken glass and I had to vacuum it myself. They replaced the rear window and messed up the window frame. They replace the door handle and damage the lock cylinder, the centre lock, and the remote keyless entry. They replaced both the shift lock display and the head console and both were working fine. They damage the dashboard by making two holes while replacing the head console. They replaced the brakes and messed up the parking brake and the headlights. They claim that they installed the licence plates when they actually didn’t. They claim that the remote FOB doesn’t work when it works well. More
We walked in to the dealership yesterday to attempt to purchase 3 vehicles for our family. We were met my Karine Shrum a knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient sales advisor who was incredibly helpful and won purchase 3 vehicles for our family. Brock Burge the general manage joined in on the sales meeting as it progressed. Brock was direct, concise and did not waste our time. He gave us the information in a timely fashion but did not rush us through the process and as a result the sales were completed. To our amazement Brock was able to give us great delivery times on our orders, which we thought were impossible to obtain in todays market. We look forward to our vehicles coming in and highly recommend Bank Stree Toyota. More
Had a scheduled appointment to test drive a 24 rav4 hybrid. Turns out the contact that set up the appointment was unknown to the salesman that greeted us upon arrival and also the receptionist. What was most disappointing was the fact that there was not a single car available to look at neverless drive. One question I had when appointment was set up was that I would be advised if inventory position changed prior to the date as we are from out of town. I received no such advice from that virtual sales person. Very poor reflection on the dealership👹. A further heads up on visiting was that the access and exit to their lot was difficult as there was a median that could not be crossed and a u turn further down the road had to be made for both access and exit, rather dangerous on a very busy road. I would not go back to that dealership again 👎 More

Bought my car out from a lease on May 15 2023. They took a payment out of my bank account on May 23, 9 days latter. Phoned 5 times keep putting me off. Beware of this dealer they aren't honest.
