Overall worst experience at Bank Toyota compared to other Toyota dealership. I was overcharged for an oil change $130 for a 2009 Camry. Parts are expensive compared to other Toyota dealership. July 2022, I took my 2019 rav4 to check why my transmission is jumping. A technician rode with me for 10 minutes to tell me it was normal , Bank street Toyota charged me one hour labour rate of $1 transmission is jumping.
