We understand that this whole situation is difficult for you and we’ve collected nothing from you in return for these services. We have visually inspected the vehicle on check-in and delivery, and encouraged you to do the same. Due to the manner in which your vehicle was stolen and heavily damaged, we continue to urge you to wait until a proper bumper-to-bumper inspection and appraisal can be completed in coordination with your insurance company and then allow the necessary repairs to be completed.

Firstly, my car was not heavily damaged. The parts that were damaged and needed replacement are the right rear Window, driver door handle, and the brakes and rotors. All other repairs that were done are either parts that are damaged by your technician or parts that work fine but we’re replaced to make more money. Yes you didn’t charge me money but you charged my insurance and I’m the one whose his insurance will be doubled because of this claim. And I’m the one whose car will lose 50% of its value because you put a 20k claim on it. I’m surprised that you said you didn’t cause any damage ti the car. How about the following: Damage my parking brakes and headlights Two holes in the dashboard The rear window frame Lock cylinder centre lock and remote entry Damage the bolts of the rear plate holder Almost every part that the technician worked on was damaged. Yes you fixed them but you charged my insurance for every damage that was done by your technician I don’t think that I’ll come back for the rest of the work. And I will not be encourage anyone to go to your location. I reached a point where I was begging your managers just to fix my car and not to cause further damage but they didn’t listen.
