My wife and I were in the market for a SUV to accommodate our new born. He was a very professional and friendly sales rep. It took about a month and a half from the first time we walked through the door til the day we actually signed the papers. Throughout that time Paolo was VERY patient and not pushy at all. He answered all the questions we had, and knew everything you could possibly want to know about the outlander. We ordered an extra floor mat for the trunk. The dealership did not have it in stock, and had to order it. The mat arrived on a friday, i could not pick it up til the saturday. The parts dept is closed on saturdays. Paolo paid for the mat out of his own pocket so that I could just come in and pay him for the mat on that Saturday. That is going above and beyond for the satisfaction of the customer. Thanks Paolo for helping us find the right car for our growing family. I would recommend Paolo to anyone looking for a Mitsubishi. We spent a while by chatting, when finally, the agent gave me a call and invited me to come to see what he can offer, he also notice that negociation is still possible. The details he included on his test drive really made us confident in choosing Mitsubishi, like the brake system, the all wheel drive, the turning capabilities and the structure of the engine, describing how the car is designed to protect the passengers in case of an accident. This was extremely important to us, and really stood out to us as we were shopping around various dealerships. He was very friendly and explained all elements of the warranty thoroughly and answered all of our questions. If this is an indication of the quality of service in Mitsubishi, then we will definitely be repeat customers. More
