We decided to try out Bank Street Mazda hoping for a better experience and it sure was!! Imad was fantastic! He was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and made sure we got the best price possible. Sean was involved in the final negotiations and he definitely made us feel at ease. Overall the experience at Bank Street Mazda was excellent. My husband and I will definitely be going to Bank Street Mazda in the near future when we decide to upgrade our current car. New 2015 CX 5 Owner I arrived at Bank St Mazda as a result of a less than comfortable experience at another Ottawa Mazda Dealer. In that case, I did not even get to the n I arrived at Bank St Mazda as a result of a less than comfortable experience at another Ottawa Mazda Dealer. In that case, I did not even get to the negotiation stage of the process because the salesman who was less than transparent from the beginning ostensibly blamed me for almost costing him his job because his boss got mad when I returned from my second test drive ( on the car I would eventually purchase from Bank St Mazda) 30-45 minutes later than I had originally estimated. He then proceeded to tell me all of his trouble – a quite unprofessional approach from my standpoint. I settled on Bank St Mazda after checking out the Dealer Reviews and their web site. Zein responded quickly to my initial email request for a quote and he (and Moe the finance manager) was professional and friendly throughout the information and negotiation process. I also appreciated Zein’s efforts after the sale to ensure my new 2015 Mazda CX 5 GT was kitted with all of the options (some of which were back ordered) requested in good time so that my wife and I could have the complete package to get going on our annual 1300 Km trek to our Beachhouse on P.E.I. All in all (although I believe I might have left a few dollars on the table) I would rate the buying and initial service experience with Bank St very good. The CX 5 performed great on our drive to “the island” and I trust we will enjoy it and a good relationship with Bank St Mazda as long as we own the car. More
