It was the Saturday of the August long weekend, and according to the staff, it was uncharacteristically busy. Still, it didn't take Tosh long to give us some attention. I'm a no nonsense type of person, and Tosh easily answered my initial onslaught of questions. He then set us up with our first test drive, a 2013 CX-5. I had good experiences driving Mazda 3s and 6s, and this was no different. My wife and I enjoyed the test drive, and had a great time chatting with Tosh in the back seat. He was very informative, and confidently answered my questions about the CX-5. I had never owned a brand new car before, so I thought "while I'm here... might as well!" Tosh quickly handled our requests for more test drives, and despite our initial budget of $20,000, we were set on the 2015 CX5 GS. When it came to business, Tosh was straightforward and efficient. He helped us come to a price that I considered fair, and we walked away that day feeling good. Light in the pocket book, but good. Needless to say, we never did visit the other two dealerships that day! The rest of the Mazda team came together to ensure that the CX5 was ready to go when we needed it the following Friday.
