A breath of fresh air! OK, to be honest, I normally really despise car shopping....I used to view it as one of life's necessary evils, but after my recent experience dealing OK, to be honest, I normally really despise car shopping....I used to view it as one of life's necessary evils, but after my recent experience dealing with Sunny Chadha at Bank Street Mazda, my outlook has completely changed for the better. I have visited a lot of dealerships in my lifetime and test-driven more vehicles than I can remember...and the service I received at Bank Street Mazda was second to none. Let me start by describing some of the not-so-pleasant experiences I had before coming to Bank Street Mazda. You would think that any dealership you walk into, the salespeople would do anything to try and sell you a car, but I found that not to be generally the case. I even had someone tell me once "Maybe next time you go car shopping you should bring your husband with you." Ummmm...GOODBYE! And going on test-drives with salespeople has generally been an awkward experience....not knowing what to say, wishing the salespeople would try and sell me the vehicle...it was really shocking to me how hard they made me work to get the information I needed. Walking into Bank Street Mazda was like a breath of fresh air. It was the busiest dealership I had ever been to, which at first made me uncomfortable, thinking that I might get treated like a number, but I was so wrong. I had an appointment with Sunny, and from the moment he cheerfully shook my hand, he devoted all his time and attention to me. I told him I was interested in the CX-5 GX AWD and he enthusiastically began outlining all its available features, but did not push and try to sweet-talk me into the highest trim levels I told him I was not in the market for. Within 15 minutes we were sitting in the test-drive vehicle, and he made me feel completely at ease in the driver's seat. He was exicted to see what I thought of the CX-5 because he knew how good a product it was. The test drive route Sunny took me on was the longest I had ever been on. There was no rush to get back to the dealership - because I told him I do a lot of highway driving he insisted I take it on the 417, and really test out its maneuverability and acceleration capabilities. After exiting the highway, he got me to test the car's handling on gravel, and to try hitting the brakes hard as though I was avoiding a collision, to see how the CX-5 brakes without nose-diving. Not once in my life has a salesman been so thorough in explaining and encouraging me to explore the vehicle's capabilities. I knew from that test drive that I was going to buy a CX-5 from Sunny, and I was excited about it! During the negotiation process, Sunny did everything he could for me to sweeten the deal, and make me an offer I could not resist. He was not pushy at all - he gave me ample time to consider my options and we ended up closing the deal within the hour, finance paperwork and everything. Two days later I came to pick up my new CX-5 and Sunny treated me like family, and was so excited for me to be owning a Mazda for the first time in my life. He introduced me to the managers at the dealership, and they all made me feel so welcome, and genuinely pleased to be doing business with me. Sunny sat in my new CX-5 with me and showed me everything, answered all my questions, and even went so far as to set my clock, radio stations, and even set up my Bluetooth for me lickity split, which to me was going above and beyond. Suffice it to say that Bank Street Mazda treated me amazingly, and I will recommend Sunny to anyone who is shopping for a car, any day of the week. I look forward to being a part of the Bank Street Mazda family for many years to come. I love my CX-5!!! More

Now that I was looking for a used vehicle for work, something good and not too expensive (I already have 3 Mazdas at home), Imad immediately found me the right car and at a good price and made the sale possible by offering me the right options. And it didn't stop here, he took care of the full inspection on the car because I live in Quebec and I come from Montreal to buy my cars now at Bank Street Mazda. Buying a car here was nothing short of sunshine and lolipops On the hunt for my fourth Mazda purchase I did a lot of price searching research to ensure I would get the best deal i thought my loyalty deserved. I talked to pretty much every mazda dealership withing my acceptable vicinity which was 7 or 8 dealerships but at the end I only needed to visit one.I spoke with Mostapha over the phone and told him roughly what i was looking for. Moose immediately let me know that he was hungry and that his dealership would not be outdone . I loved this lets hammer out a deal attitude unlike other dealerships that have this we don't really care if you buy a car here or not attitude someone decided was a good car selling tactic in the 70's. The minute I shook his hand I knew I would still have my ten fingers and that this guy was gonna sell me a car and he did. When the smoke cleared i probably sucked about 4 hours out of his super busy saturday and he bent over 27 different ways to give me the deal I wanted. Did i mention he drove me home to Kanata as my wife had to leave with my car. I would also like to point out that despite the fact that my salesman was awsome, I felt that I was there long enough to get the vibe that the whole crew at Dilawri had the same exact perfect lets make a deal attitude. Let me finish my glowing review by stating that if you walked out of Dilawri mazda without a new car , you probably had zero intention of buying one when you walked in. Thanks again Mostapha. I met him at the office on Bank street the following Saturday, he lead me through the whole process from addressing my questions about the car, test drive and pricing. It was Sunny who helped me in making my mind to trust the Dilawri’s Bank Street Mazda in buying my first car that day. He is definitely an asset for the dealership and I would recommend the future customers to come to Bank Street Mazda, ask for Sunny, tell him about your interests and concerns and they will be taken care of. It took two weeks and my 2015 Mazda CX-5 GT was ready to pick up, Sunny was very detailed and informative to show me through all the menus and controls of the car and I got ready to start the journey.
