I was very impressed with how relaxed and non-pressuring Imad was throughout my time at the dealership. I was also impressed and very pleased that they were able to get me a fair value for my trade-in, find me the exact car that I wanted, and sell it at a price that I felt comfortable with. We just had started looking for a car to replace our Acura and had only visited Toyota before. This happened on a Sunday, and on the Monday we had a great deal in place. Zeine Jolan was honest, NOT pushy, and he was upfront. He did not pester us but let us look at the facts and make a decision. When we showed up on Monday we had not made an appointment, but a colleague called him and he arrived in less than 10 minutes. I believe I got an excellent deal in terms of cost and trade. I hope Zeine has a full career ahead in car sales because he is good at it. [Also the Business Manager {Moe Sakka} was efficient, friendly, fast and professional, and Zeine's Sales Manager Jayson Lucas made the right offers to make the sale work.] More

He actively matched these requirements to the various models of CX-5 trying to get all I wanted at the lowest possible cost - in some cases pointing out compromises where they might save money. He ensured that I got all the discounts and savings I was entitled to and some I was not expecting. At the end, all my 'had to haves' and my wants were addressed at a price that was within my set budget. Throughout the purchase process and during my test drive he made sure that I was aware of all the features of the vehicle and that I was totally comfortable with the decision I was making. If I had a question for which he did not have the answer, he immediately sought someone that could provide the necessary information. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 40+ years (15 new and 7 used cars) and the second Mazda I have purchased at Bank Street Mazda. This purchase, thanks to Imad, was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I have had. Overall I was satisfied with the total process. In the majority of car dealerships, salesmen give you the impression that all they want to do is sell you a car at the highest price you are willing to pay. In contrast, Imad made me feel like he was truly representing me to get the best deal at a price which was fair to both the dealership and me. More
