Hi Jayson, Thanks for the follow-up. I was truly disappointed in that phone call I received from Zein and I'm not sure if there is anything you can do to rectify this situation. There really isn't an excuse to speak to prospective customers like that. If he had ended the conversation with a simple "I'm sorry to hear this, how can we make sure that we get your business in the future?" I actually would have strongly considered your dealership for our next car and would have definitely recommended you to friends and family. Instead, I would like to share my experience in my review so that other shoppers like myself who are strongly turned off by unprofessional business practices can be made aware of the situation. Maybe this is an opportunity for your dealership to ensure all potential customers that walk through your doors are treated with respect regardless if they sign any papers. I will update my review to indicate that you reached out to try and amend the situation, because I think that is important, but I will not be changing the rating of service I received. Thanks for your understanding.
