When I arrived to pick up the car we had agreed on it was ready, fully fueled, waxed, shined etc..and he had even installed the roof rack I had purchased. There were no surprises when it came time to sign the sales agreement either and no pressure to buy things that I had no interest in. I was in the dealership for no more than an hour total. He went beyond my expectations. The price was was competitive and I shopped all over eastern ontario, quebec and even in TO. Don takes the time to actually listen to you I was looking to trade in/up my vehicle for something a little smaller, more fuel efficient, but still somewhat sporty. I spoke to Don on the phone, told him what I was looking for and he gave a list of options on some used vehicles for me to look at. We set up a time to view some cars. Don took the time to listen to my needs and showed me a number of different vehicles from Mazda, Kia, and Mitsubishi. After test driving a number of vehicles, I test drove a Kia Soul. I decided that was the car I wanted. Even though the Soul I test drove did not have everything I wanted, Don informed me that he would keep an eye out for any other possible Kia Souls that might come into their inventory and said he would give me a call if he got something closer to what I was looking for. Don was very easy to deal with and was more interested in selling me a car that I wanted, and not trying to sell me any car just to get a sale. Great customer service, putting me first before the sale! More
