Horrible. Plain and simple. I didn't get the car that Tosh sold me, he talked up this $1200 tech package that was on my 2016 CX5,I fell for it and bought get it. turns out the I didn't get the car that Tosh sold me, he talked up this $1200 tech package that was on my 2016 CX5,I fell for it and bought get it. turns out the only thing I got out of this "Beauty Tech Package" was a light at my feet when the doors open and an outdated dash cam. I have been emailing Kirk Cameron for 7 months and counting and he has ignored my emails. I brought my car for a scheduled oil change, Sean told me that Kirk would email me the following day with a service credit to make up for an app that doesn't work on my car (that was also part of the tech package) but have yet to hear from him, despite emailing him at least 2 or 3 times since. Service before I bought my car was exceptional! Service afterwards, beyond horrible. They got the sale, they don't care about you after that. I've also been waiting for about 3 months now for a part that was recalled, they were going to call when the part came in. Seems a little long to receive a part.... More

Great Experience I bought a mazda 3 from this dealership as my first car and Malek was my sales consultant. Malek was extremely helpful throughout the process and I fe I bought a mazda 3 from this dealership as my first car and Malek was my sales consultant. Malek was extremely helpful throughout the process and I felt like I was dealing with someone that genuinely wanted to get me the best deal he could. On top of this he came to my house to pick me up on the day I was receiving my car so that I didn't have to wait longer than I wanted to get the car. The only issue I had with my experience was one of the financing managers told me he could get one interest rate and when I went to pick up the car he informed me that the bank would not actually allow that rate so I ended up paying slightly more than I thought. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this dealership and most definitely Malek to anyone looking to buy a car. More
