Moe, the salesman, quickly found a used vehicle after listening carefully to my needs. He seemed very knowledgable about the used CX-5 that I test drove and subsequently bought. He was open to counter financial offers. He did not, however, mention that the vehicle report showed that the vehicle had been in an unreported accident which I discovered the next day when dealing with the business manager. While Moe subsequently assured me that it was likely an accident that caused minimal damage and that their service people would have identified any serious damage, I still felt that he should have told me this when I was discussing price. Time will tell. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been good to date, but I have only just purchased my vehicle. More

Stalls and put offs My daughter purchased a hyundai elantra. After test driving and deciding it was the idea car, we set about doing the paperwork. We noticed the car had winter tires on, went back and told the salesman. No worries, they will be changed when you pick up the car. They were not. We were then told it would take three days to get them from storage. Next week still no tires. 20 April still none. Now we are told they have to order them and need the size. Still no tires, "the end of the month has been crazy short staff month" May 4th the salesman says "My friend there is no brush off please give me a few more days used car manager is getting them he has ordered them i just don't want to schedule anything till they are in my possession " Three weeks later still not a word.
