went the extra mile our sales rep was Ryan Richard and was second to non. He offered test drives and was very open about his knowledge and finding the information. We bought two cars from Ryan and spent the whole day with him, never feeling rushed or pressured and we went on 3 test drives. After making our deal the excellent service did not stop there as we were passed on to Kevin the financial manager where we received even more excellent service. We were probably a pain for Kevin but he was extremely helpful and never lost his patients with us!! EXCELLENT people at an EXCELLENT dealership, strongly recommend. Jeff & Tammy More

The dealership would not respond to my email, my inquiries, would not call me back to tell me when an ordered piece for service arrived and, when I wanted to use my appearance package (wear and tear), they said they took some picture to submit a claim for me but never did so. Plus, I was stuck to deal with only one salesman the would be their "end of lease" specialist and when this person was on vacation and that I wanted to close the file as soon a possible since my end of lease was coming real soon, he only said that he would take car of my file when'll be back (even if I asked if I could deal with someone else). In addition, this person was only available during the day (Monday to Friday) and meant I had to take a day off from work to deal with him. There comes Bank Street Mazda. About 4 days before my end of lease, my partner and I phoned them and spoke to Moe Hezam. As soon as we spoke to him, we felt understood and being taking care of. Without promising anything, he advised us to come see him after our work day the following day. As soon as we arrived at Bank Street Mazda, James Robert welcomed us and was aware of our situation, so as Moe Turkie. While waiting for Moe Hezam, they took their time to listen, offered coffee etc. They were very nice. When Moe Hezam spoke to us, he showed us all our options and understood that we needed a worry free experience for our end of lease since we were only 3 days from it. He offered to take care of it for us (schedule inspection and everything) accordingly to what we would choose (buy the car, buy a new car, return it or lease a new car). We finally decided to buy a new car since they he offered to take care of everything for the end of lease and also offered a good deal on the new car. The same evening, we met Zein Jolan for financing and, although he offred addtional packages, he wasn't pushy or making us feel bad he we didn't want to take them. We got the new car two days after, as planned, and dropped the end of lease vehicle. Again, they were amazing and retold me that they'd do with the end of lease car to make sure it'd be stress free. Got the new car and it is amazing up to now. We love it (Mazda 3, 2017 SE) Moe Hezam phoned me 2 days after I got the new car to give me an update on what was happening with the old car, that everything is going well and being taken care of. They coordinated with my former dealership, the appearance package and AutoVin. That's what I called great customer services. My partner and I feels so relieved and are really happy with our decision to switch to Bank Street Mazda. We also enjoyed the team spirit between the salesmen and feels like we are building a business relationship based on trust. More
