A good dealership with strong customer focus I find the car buying/leasing process unpleasant, but Zack did his best to make it as smooth as possible. I was approached several times ( via text and voice messages) to come in and have my vehicle appraised! First appraisal was low and as mentioned wasn't really interested in trading it in then. Received a text message indicating the sales rep was reviewing my file and was able to put me into a new vehicle at equal or less by weekly payments. Went in and the fiance manager was able to give me 4-6k more for my trade in! Seeing and test driving the new CX-5 at that point, with the suggestions of the sales rep and finance manager sold.me/us on a new car. More
