I made an exceptional deal last July trading a 2010 M3 GX for a new 2013 M3 Sport GS Sky, including paint, fabric rust protrection and 5 yr oil changes. 5 months later in November my almost new M3 was writte for a new 2013 M3 Sport GS Sky, including paint, fabric rust protrection and 5 yr oil changes. 5 months later in November my almost new M3 was written off in an accident that was not my fault, and the M3 probably saved us serious injury, but that's another story. The real story is that this dealer's sales team and in particular Ivan Zechel as my sales point of contact went way above and beyond to work with me and my insurer to find me the exact replacement car in color of my choice, execute a dealer trade to get it for me with no guarantee my insurer would make the deal, generally took care of all my concerns and made my huge loss of a great car and exceptional deal go away in just a few days. Today I picked up my new 2014 M3. When I first went in last week to look and to just talk numbers as I had a 2010 Kia Forte that I was not very happy with. Here is why.... after only being there a short time I was made to feel very welcome and able to discuss my personal situation with my concerns with possible negative equity in my current vehicle and was very honest with Gerry that I was more likely wasting his time to discuss any further. He assured me I was definitely not wasting his time and sat with me to go through all possibilities in ways they could help me get in a vehicle I wanted. He took me on test drive of the car before we went any further then we sat an drafted the deal. Gerry along with his sales manager Jayson Lucas made me a deal I could not refuse. They gave me top dollar for my trade were able to get me a snow tire package and the convenience package in the car valued at 500 dollars and all with the ability to keep my bi-weekly payments within a 10 dollar difference of what I was currently paying. I would like to note that my current vehicle was financed over 84 months and my new 2014 Mazda 3 Sport GS is financed over the same period of time.
