Of course, they don't let you see the details until you have given them your $500 deposit. They actually tried to increase my interest rate to 2.59% and said it didn't really matter because the payments would be the same and they had to cover all the costs?! Really??? I felt trapped there and very uncomfortable as they refused to credit back my deposit and held my keys to my trade in. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my money back....its in the mail apparently as they could not credit back due to "past issues" with customers.......think it has more to do with the dealership based on the reviews I've read. More

Unfortunately, they didn' After a bad experience at a KIA dealer in Orleans,ont., I stopped by at Bank Sreet KIA. I was ready to buy a KIA Soul 2015. Unfortunately, they didn't have any on their lot. However, they proceeded in the different steps to find one somewhere else to satisfy my needs. Good news!! They found one and got it delivered! And a colour that I don't regret at all!! Charcoal!! Then, the follow-up went on for the official sale, step by step to be completed in a positive atmosphere, laughing, practicing our sense of humour, smiling and enjoying the meeting..!! I'm totally satisfied!! More

We were told since it was saturday that they would let us know monday on where and how long and the details, and also said it would be 3 weeks max. well it's weeks later and they will not return messages but will "text" here and there just giving us the run around saying "I don't know, or my favorite, I didn't ask"I was able to find one through email through a different dealership within 20 min. They will not return our down payment so we are stuck waiting weeks later when we told them we needed one ASAP! Plus i have saved the Rude "text messages" which I gladly shared with friends looking for kias. More
lack of attention to details I bought a used 2013 Optima EX from Bank Street Kia and part of the deal was to replace the front bumper skin as it had a 2 foot split in it. They se I bought a used 2013 Optima EX from Bank Street Kia and part of the deal was to replace the front bumper skin as it had a 2 foot split in it. They set up the appointment and held the car for 4 days to get the work done. The overall workmanship was good but when I picked up the car, the front end was full of black scuff marks from the job they did. I also noticed a new ding on the hood that looks like it was touched up with a paint pen. When I opened the driver side door, my new (black carpet) floor mat was covered in mud. Not impressed at all to the lack of attention to details. The service center doesn't show respect for other peoples property. When you bring your car into any service center it should leave in as good as or better condition. Although the work that was done replacing the bumper skin was good, not cleaning up the scuff marks or telling me about the ding on the hood then entering the car with muddy boots without any protective paper/cloth really pissed me off. For those reasons I only give it an overall 1 star. DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS! That is what makes a happy customer a return customer. More
Horrible Financing Team Girlfriend and I were looking for a second vehicle and started at Bank Street Kia. We dealt with Fabricio as the sales rep. He was great found us what would work for us and negotiated a great price. We also had the $1000 coupon that is posted on their website. We informed them that we had weaker credit however was told not to worry as they have the best finance team that rarely get a denial. At this point we were transferred to Isko in financing. After giving over all our info we were told we would have an answer within a couple days. After a week we finally found out that we were approved under my girlfriends name but with a higher interest rate however to make it better he threw in a tire warranty and free oil changes for 5 years. When it came time to sign the paper work the bi weekly payment seemed higher then it should be based on the original quoted price. When we asked about it we were brushed off and it was explained as additional fees and taxes plus higher interest rate etc... We trusted that he was telling the truth. After getting game with the vehicle and reviewing the paperwork it appears as through the original promised price as well as the $1000 coupon was never given as well as the price of the "free" warranty and oil change was also charged to us. When we noticed this we contacted the dealership was blown off by Isko as he again promised to get back to me within a day and has not, we also contacted the General Manager Gowen however have yet to respond to us. This dealership offers horrible customer service, broken promises and have no problem lying to their customers. Stay Away! More
Over the top customer service!!! Joe sold me my shiny new 2015 Kia Soul He was very patient with all of my many questions and very nice guy to deal with. He also had complete knowledge of my vehicle, answering every question I asked of him on the spot, while at the same time helping me negotiate a price that I could afford, with the options that I wanted. Where he went over the top was in getting me the color I wanted... There were no grey Soul SX models in all of Ontario, and he and the dealership in general pulled the strings to get me one in. I would give Joe a 6 star rating if I could and I will be recommending him to anyone I know who's looking for a Kia! More
Great customer service! Huseyn was respectful of our budget and was able to get us into a 2015 KIA Soul (which we had been wanting for quite some time!). After test driving a "fancier" 2015 model, and a used 2014, we settled into the model perfect for our needs. The price was negotiated, we got top dollar for our trade-in, and we got the winter tires and a 10-year extended warranty thrown in within our means! Also, Isko was very understanding and not pushy at all. The process was a breeze and they both helped me feel at ease and confident that I was getting the best deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a KIA! More
