I pay for oil changes elsewhere and I get the vehicle serviced at another garage that takes the time to actually show me issues with my vehicle, suggest alternatives and who clearly take pride in their work and care about the customer. If you want straight answers and don’t want to feel they are always trying to upsell or mislead you, service your vehicle elsewhere. More

Service is where it belongs, in the basement. Buyer BEWARE. This business is great at selling you a car and all the bells and whistles but their after sales service sucks. They will constantly try to upsell you a new car at every opportunity they get . Calling you on Sunday to promote their Midnight Madness sale. When you book an oil change they will ask you to have your vehicle appraised so they can get you into a new one. The'll even send you letters stating that they are short of used vehicles so they can get you into a new one. Eventually you will need some warranty work done and they will ignore your request until the warranty expires and you will need to pay for the repairs yourself because that bumper to bumper (Five Star) extended warranty you got won't cover the problem. Don't forget about the diagnostic fee you need to pay on top of the repairs so they can find out what the problem is. But it's ok because they will reimburse you all those costs if you trade in your KIA for a brand new one and then they'll just hide that cost in the monthly payment that they'll negotiate with you. I suggest you verify the Better Business Bureau rating before you buy from Dilawri. I wish I did. BTW don't expect to get a replacement vehicle while your car is in the shop for two weeks. More

I have to travel across the city to get to the dealership. The raison they give me was they had shipping issues. I pay $80 for storage and $40 to switch them. I will never have them put them in storage for me. When I bought my 1st car with them in 2008 the service was great. now I'm on my 3rd car and the service is now very poor from the day I bought the car. So this is not a dealership I would recommend. Painful Sales experience I purchased a car from them in 2015. The purchasing process was bad (trying to hide charges and change interest rate) but was even worse when I went t I purchased a car from them in 2015. There were scratches on the bumper and inside the car on a supposedly new car. The interior of the car was also a mess and very dirty. The General Manager called me a princess for wanting my car NEW CAR to be clean upon pick up. Turned into a 2 hour fight in the dealership which turned them into yelling at me to cancel the deal. I was stuck because they had already taken ownership of my trade in and I had cancelled my insurance. I would NOT recommend my worst enemy buying a car from them. More

The traded in vehicle was supposed to be tranferred to the dealership, but they did something wrong with the paperwork and messed up big time. They would not do anything to assist with fixing the problem and basically told me it was not possible, making it sound as if I was making up the entire situation. After emailing the renewal notices to them as proof, still no assistance whatsoever. I took care of the matter myself. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

My sale representative Fayez went out of his way to provide us with the best service at all time. He was busy with a customer when we get there, so instead of having us wait around, he asked his co-worker Mo to take us out on a test drive. I must say - the sales representatives are so courteous. the Financial Manager Sunny took his time to explain us everything. the delivery of the car went very well it was ready, it was extremely clean. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Fayez for your endless effort, thank you Mo for taking the time to take us on a test drive, thank you Sunny for your kind services. More

My experience at Kia with Mo (salesperson) and Ralph (finance) was so much different...in a the best way. They were just really nice people and I felt zero pressure. The were super patient answering all my questions and explained in an easy to understand and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership and those two in particular. More
2015 Chrysler 300 Great dealing with Moudie and Ralph.No pressure to buy and they make you feel comfortable. They are an asset to the Dilawri Group.
