Service at Bankstreet KIA I have given this review. It was quite stressful. Losing some sleep and trying to get hold of the people there. Not knowing if we are going to be accepted in the finance. The first time we walked in there we were pretty excited that we made a commitment in buying a car from this dealership. The girl at the front welcomes us by saying Are you here to buy or to lookÉ. Which made us uncomfortable. Then they didnèt have the color we wanted and we had to pay extra to get it in. Overall, in the end, Frank and Hassen were very professional. We like to thank Frank and Hassen for helping us. We love our sportage. More
Purchasing two new vehicles! I went with my husband to purchase a new vehicle and to trade in our 2009 Kia Rio. The reason we decided to go back to Bank Street Kia was because we had a great experience the first time. Well, let me say that your sales representive, Krystof Kolbik did not disappont us. We actually ended up trading both of our vehciles in and purchasing two brand new ones 2014 Kia RIO AND 2014 kIA RONDO! We just picked them up on Monday, June 9th and so far we love them! Way to go Bank Street Kia and your Staff. You can count on both of us to refer any of our family/friends who would be interested in purchasing a Kia to go to your Dealership! Overall Great Experience I had a great experience with the two people that I dealt with. The only issue I have is that I feel that I could have been given better pricing, alt I had a great experience with the two people that I dealt with. Hassan immediately went to check if they had any other similar vehicles at the same price range. They had another vehicle that was newer than the one we were looking at and a bit more expensive. After a little back and forth they were able to sell us the vehicle at the same cost we would have paid for the original less expense vehicle that we went to look at. I found Hassan and Frank to be very friendly and they seemed interested in getting us in a vehicle that we wanted at a price we could afford. I did feel that there was a little pressure to get the sale but they were not too aggressive and I never felt as if I couldn't walk away at any time. Overall a great experience. Have yet to experience their service department so I hope they are just as courteous and friendly as the sales team. More

It is my 10th time buying a car and it is the first time that the time spent on me, after the sale, was not a concern... They spent at least 3 hours explaining my guarantees and my new car accessories. Franchement, du service hors pair. The only negative aspect of my experience with Dilawri Bank Street dealer is that an invisible technician put my old dirty plate on my brand new clean car. What a shame? I am now finding out that I cannot link the loan online for monthly top op payments. NOT HAPPY! More
