Excellent and pleasant experience I was looking for a one year old 2013 Kia Soul 2u and approached about half a dozen Kia dealerships across Ontario. I do not live in a major city. I s I was looking for a one year old 2013 Kia Soul 2u and approached about half a dozen Kia dealerships across Ontario. I do not live in a major city. I scoured the internet from Toronto to Montreal using autotrader, autowizard and elsewhere. The best bargain I found was at Kia Bank Street, Ottawa. Moe Kezam, Internet Sales Manager, responded to my email almost immediately. To my surprise he answered all questions I asked re Carproof history report, how to get a discount (before negations). We drove from Brockville found Moe and Kevin Spears, sales manager, extremely friendly but not pushy. Bought the car and drove it home the same day. They looked after the licence plate etc, and detailed the car to our satisfaction. I recommend Moe and Kevin highly. Wish there were more guys like Moe and his colleagues. It was an excellent and even pleasant experience. Out of interest I checked my blood pressure at Shopper’s Drug Mart after negotiations and was pleased to find it was a mere 112 over 77! Do I have the sufficient knowledge to make sure I get a good deal? Too many questions were going through my mind and before you know it, I was opening the front door. Hassan was there to greet me in mere moments, by then, it was too late to turn back. Within the first few minutes did I ever feel the weight off my shoulders. Hassan was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get into the forte I`ve always wanted! He understood that this was my first car. He was aware of my budget and never tried to push any further on me. Finding the right dealer may seem difficult for some folks but I have nothing bad to say! We chatted lightly and discussed non car related things too. I felt comfortable and at ease. Not knowing if we are going to be accepted in the finance. The first time we walked in there we were pretty excited that we made a commitment in buying a car from this dealership. The girl at the front welcomes us by saying Are you here to buy or to lookÉ. Which made us uncomfortable. Then they didnèt have the color we wanted and we had to pay extra to get it in. Overall, in the end, Frank and Hassen were very professional. We like to thank Frank and Hassen for helping us. We love our sportage. More
