A friend and I visited Hyundai twice to test drive an Elantra, and both times Paul had the car prepared and he was ready and waiting. He explained the features of the Elantra and allowed us to get used to them and the car before taking the car on the road. On our first visit, after the test drive, I wanted do an impromptu test-drive comparison with the Accent. Paul was quite accommodating and had the car ready in a few minutes. When we gave our feedback, Paul and his manager listened politely and was respectful of our comments. At no time did I feel coerced or uneasy. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I have no qualms about going back to Bank Street Hyundai for conducting business. More

I've never been so wrong. I dealt with Joe Younes (financing) and Moe Ali (sales associate), and I was surprised at the professionalism and customer service these two gave. I originally went in for a used Mazda, but I decided to try out a 2013 Elantra GT. I impressed with the low price on the Elantra along with its overall handling and equipment. When I was given the price of the Elantra, I just couldn't turn it down so I had to buy it on the same day. There was no pressure whatsoever (which really surprised me), I bought on the same day purely based on their professional courtesy and my unexpected surprise driving the Elantra. Moe was very knowledgeable (he used to be a mechanic), and Joe was very sincere and honest (no pressure, no dancing around prices). I was in and out in 30 minutes and I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership. Again, I would highly recommend making Bank Street Hyundai your first stop if you're in the market for any vehicle (used or new). This place is anything but a traditional high pressure dealership. I did not expect to be treated with that amount of courtesy going in looking for an inexpensive used vehicle. Ask for Moe Ali and Joe Younes and I'll bet you won't be disappointed. I'm referring all my friends and family over to Bank Street Hyundai from now on forth. Saved me a lot of hassle vs. dealing with private sales (which I have always done since my first car). More
