Paul and I recall your experience very well. In our best business practice, we cannot give you our firm commitment to a price our a trade value until we have a firm commitment from our client. Please understand that when you were here with us, you were not willing to commit to a price. It is only once you have committed to a price, that we can try to get you more money for your trade in order to achieve your offer. We strive to give you the best information on the vehicle as possible. Including features, test drives, awards etc. I did personally look into your trade on the day after your visit, making inquiries with other appraisers in the company. As we do have a Kia dealership, I was successful in getting more money for your car. That being said, I asked Paul to let you know this important piece of information. I understand that Paul did have a conversation regarding your trade value at that time. We strive to earn your business and would like to continue to do so.
