I recently had to purchase another vehicle and I didn't think twice to call on him because I knew he would take care of everything for me. Avoid this dealership - waste of our time My wife and I drove out to Bank Street Hyundai to get an idea of what they were offering for a 2015 SantaFe Sport (base model) and to know what our tr My wife and I drove out to Bank Street Hyundai to get an idea of what they were offering for a 2015 SantaFe Sport (base model) and to know what our trade-in would be worth. We met with sales rep Paul Deek who was both friendly and professional. Unfortunately, as soon as we started asking about pricing, a sales manager introduced himself and took over the discussion from square-one. Fast-forward 1hr (we did not even request a test-drive) and we finally left without any idea as to: (1) what they were offering for our trade-in; (2) the breakdown the cost of the SantaFe - including the "Free-Trade Celebration savings" they boasted about. Essentially, they are incredibly vague about their pricing (the manager scribbled an offer on a piece of paper) and hope that you have no idea how a transparent negotiating process should work. The way they negotiate is shady/heavy handed at best. Not recommended. More
