From our first visit to the dealership, even after making it very clear we were still shopping around, Shahir took the time to explain all the details and features of the car in great length, and take us for a test drive. Shahir did not mind repeating the process a the second time we visited Bankstreet Hyundai and was very patient with undecided first time car shoppers like ourselves. The negotiations were very smooth, no agressive sales tactics and in the end we went out with what we felt was a very good deal. The whole process was just at our pace, with a salesperson ready to take the time to explain everything with no pressure. The car was available very quickly and getting the keys and signing all papers was just as easy and smooth as the rest, with once again, everything explained carefully. Great experience. This is how business is done, and that's why our very first car is a beautiful Elantra GT and not some other car from another make. More

I was informed of the new promotion going on at the time a few weeks ago. I was a bit concerned as I had been through some financial problems in the past, though I was approved for my 2012 Hyundai Accent, I wasn't sure I could get approved so soon for a newer vehicle, yet I decided to give it a shot. First and foremost, Naser Sharif was very friendly, personable, patient and understanding of what I wanted and my limits. He was very knowledgeable and answered every single one of my questions that I had in regards to various different models. Not once did I feel I was pushed or pressured into getting a vehicle until I was absolutely sure about it. He even pointed out things on some vehicles that would be more beneficial to what I wanted and in my budget. He also had a fantastic sense of humour! Ashur Younan I dealt with on my first transaction with Hyundai back in 2012. He worked very, very hard in getting me into my new vehicle. He was also very honest and knew what my guidelines and limits were and it really meant a lot to me when he looked out for me and pointed out though he could get me into certain vehicles, he knew budget wise it might not work in my best interest and he wanted me to be comfortable and happy with my choice and to not regret it. The mountains he moved to finally get me the car I originally looked at, plus at an exceptional interest rate and payment plan really wowed me. Never once did I feel like a burden or that I wasn't worth time because of my financial situation. Quite the opposite. I felt very welcome and am very happy with the excellent service I received. I would recommend Ashur, Naser and Bank Street Hyundai to all my friends. They really do know how to treat someone very well and you really do leave with a smile on your face and quite happy with your decision on which vehicle you choose. It's not only the car you leave with at the end of the day, but all the great memories too! More

The three worked like a well oiled machine as a team far as communicating my inquiries and interests. This was my second purchase with Dilawri Bank Street and because of these guys I will return. I left in a MUCH better condition than I arrived. I am also in a much better position moving forward and can ride around with a peace of mind. These guys were I would also feel comfortable to refer friends/family in need of a car feeling assured they would be in good hands!!! More

Notwithstanding the fact I am living in New Brunswick. I negotiated the deal over the phone and this week drove to Ottawa and completed the transaction.
