Justin offered an excellent sales experience, with no sales pressure, and he was responsive to all types of questions. Joe provided all the right info to help complete the financial side, and went well beyond expectations in ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase. All of the staff - from reception, to Amir, to Juan made us feel welcome and comfortable - all without the pressure of a typical vehicle purchase. I'd recommend this place to anyone interested in a Hyundai - in fact I already have! More

Courteous and no sales pressure I recently traded in my 2012 Hyundai Accent for a 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. I was looking for specific items within the new vehicle. My request I recently traded in my 2012 Hyundai Accent for a 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. I was looking for specific items within the new vehicle. My request was handled in a courteous non-pressure environment by a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person Rabieh Nassrallah. Upon 'closing the deal' I met with a member of the Finance Team Ernesto Lorello who answered all of my questions in a friendly and very knowledgeable manner. I have been driving Hyundai products for several years and have always enjoyed the vehicles but I must reiterate that this particular sales experience has been the best by far. TERRIBLE service I have purchased multiple cars and gotten all my service done at this location over the past 15 years even though it is all the way across the city fr I have purchased multiple cars and gotten all my service done at this location over the past 15 years even though it is all the way across the city from me solely based on the fact that the sales staff are friendly. However, as of late (the past few years), their service centre at this dealership has become incredibly disappointing. Not only do I come home with problems that didn't exist before I go in for a simple oil change or check-up, but the service desk representatives are incredibly rude. From acting incredibly unconcerned (they don't even look at your face when they talk), laughing at my face when I try to bring up or explain the problems I am dealing with because of their mechanics, to thinking they know better than me about how vehicles and administration works then even vocalizing such thoughts! The manager at least understands because he listens, but the people at the desk act like you're incompetent in every way because they're the ones not listening, hence cannot understand the situation. I have always had to talk to the manager or mechanic directly, which is just unnecessary and takes up so much more of my time. Even though it's only a few times a year that I have to interact with them, I will never be going back to this location ever again. I have no reason to be treated this way, nor a reason to put up with such unprofessional behaviour. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have also limited their "customer care shuttles" to one-way and mornings only, which has also become very inconvenient. More
