Hi Lyall, I have discussed my displeasures with the service department manager and he did not resolve the situation. I am now in contact with Scott your director of Fixed operations and have a meeting tomorrow afternoon, this is after I emailed the owner of the dealership. Please look into the file and tell me I shouldn't be UPSET over a complete brake job $832.37 which the advisor deemed unable to drive off the lot, only to later have a second opinion and told you got ripped off!
