Long way to excellent service I purchased used vehicle from Bank street Hyundai. I have to admit that quite often they have good selection of low mileage cars that are significantly cheaper than Toyota or Honda but almost there in quality, durability and performance. I bought used car ... I have dealt with Raul and this was my first dealership buying experience. I was a bit tough buyer first price that was negotiated and we found half way and a dime for their part. Car was very dirty inside and I regret not tipping guys who clean car as they brought the mess previous owner left into almost new condition. Remember to talk with the same salesmen , I made mistake to talk with several as they have rule one who starts customer finishes customer. Raul went with me through all the parts of purchase from negotiating price, car transfer to the complains after I possessed vehicle. HE IS 5 STARS SALESMEN WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! He even drove me home as car was not ready through heavy Fridays traffic. Old car is not new car but safety features such as brakes need to be like in new car. Particularly parking brake on manual car and I complained about issue and issue is on the way to be resolved. Raul contributed to the resolution! Be patient, be persistent HAVE HIGH safety standards for safety features of the car but don't forget also that car is USED ( it is hard to expect of 50 years old women to be like 18 years even if she does face-lift and remove veins from legs)... And you will be happy at the end... More

Excellent experience We visited this dealership twice with very specific needs in a vehicle as it was to tow behind our motorhome. Our salesman, Stu Dodge, was helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. While our first visit didnt result in a purchase, a month later we returned and once again, Stu was his helpful, friendly and knowledgeable self. We found a vehicle to fit our needs, made an offer and within a very short time with limited "dickering", had a deal...almost. we discovered there was only one key and one fob to the vehicle. Again, Stu made some calls, chatted with the manager and they agreed to have an extra key made. And we had a deal. We needed the car soon and the response was ... no problem. We were very pleased with the low key, laid back sales style of our salesman, no pushiness or pressure, delighted with pur purchase, and left happy customers.
