We shopped around our local area in Pembroke and Petawawa, but were unsuccessful in finding what we were looking for. I started looking online in Ottawa as to what was available, and away we went to the Palladium Auto Park...again, unsuccessful. My brother recommended Bank Street Dilawri (Hyundai), as he just purchased a Santa Fe from them last year and he was very pleased with the overall experience. I came across a listing for a Santa Fe that I really liked, and phoned and spoke to Raul at the Used Car Sales of Hyundai. I told him what I was looking for and what our budget was. He was very helpful and had a few cars ready for us to look at and test-drive upon our arrival that same evening. After discussing and thinking it over a few days, we realized that the 2013 Santa Fe Sport, Luxury Edition was the one. Being 2 hours from Ottawa, Raul was able to negotiate and solidify the deal via phone, and then the Finance Manager Joe Younes helped facilitate the financing after we supplied the correct documents via email, fax and phone. Joe also gave us the information we needed about the warranties we were looking into. These 2 gentlemen made the entire transaction process seamless and were phenomenal to deal with. When we arrived the following Saturday to sign the documents and pick up our car, the two were very organized and had everything in order upon our arrival to expedite the process. The car was clean, and freshly washed. We have had the Santa Fe for 2 weeks now and we are so happy with our purchase.
