Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They really took their time to understand what we wanted and needed! After walking into many different dealerships, and meeting many different sales people i was TIRED! I wish I'd saved my time and went to Bank Street Hyundai from the get go!. I was in the market for an elantra touring (my first car) and really didnt know the shopping process all that much, I went to just about every hyundai dealership in the city before landing at bank street. Walking in i didn't know what to expect, however i was quickly greeted by emad, who was extremely polite, proffesional and courteous. Even though i had told him that i've seen the car he was keen on showing me it again, which i found extremely helpful because there were things he showed me that i didnt know even came with the car! the whole process was absolutely great, coming to an agreement on the deal was a breeze. Ashur in the finance section helped me with options! i will forever be dedicated to this dealership! Thank you Emad, Ashur and Bank Street Hyundai!! More
I made two trips to the dealership and with my 1st one, I was looking for a Genesis with a manual shift to test drive. John Elsmore greeted me, but there weren't any manual Coupes available. I did spot an auto Monaco white Genesis and took note of it tucked right beside the building. I went with a friend to 2 other dealers, test drove a manual Genesis and it was nice but the colours didn't wow me like the Monaco white one did back at Bank St. Hyundai. I phoned John Elsmore and asked if he could make the Monaco white Genesis available for a test drive. He said he would bring it down to the lot level, have it shined up and ready for a test drive. Sure enough, I showed up and the car was a complete stunner and it felt just right during the test drive. John was very professional, low pressure and he let the car sell itself which it did handily. My only concern was that I compete in triathlons and needed an accessory frame with a bike carrier as there was no way a bike was going to fit in that trunk. I saw those options at another dealer for another model of Hyundai, but it had to happen for me to buy this car. It took a bit of research on John's part, but he put the solution together for a frame and bike rack and we included it in the buy offer. I had a fair idea of what price I was going to settle on and I requested no back and forth price haggling as that was going to turn me off. He respected that and we settled with the options that I wanted. For delivery, John set a time to pick me up at my work and he showed up exactly at that time which I appreciated and the delivery went very smooth. Ashur was very good at explaining the financing package and the options available and was a true professional. Between the two of them, I had my best car buying experience ever, and the car itself (Genesis) is amazing... I'm very very happy with it. :) It's turning heads and I'll be showing up for triathlons in style feeling like a winner already. I would not hesitate to recommend John and Ashur to others, and of course the car as well. More

Based on my experience with sales representatives in other car dealerships, I was very reluctant. I was greeted by Faysal Akl. He was the opposite of what I expected. I had the pre-conception that I would be served by a pushy and persuasive salesperson, just like the other ones I had met earlier that week. M. Akl took the necessary time to explain, review and clarify any questions or concerns I had. I quickly understood that he did not want to take advantage of me as the others did by omitting certain financial details. Buying a new vehicle was stressful for me and he understood that it could be overwhelming. In that event, he gave me some time alone to reflect. Once I had decided to go through with the purchase, I was taken to Tony Campagna to complete it. He was also very kind, co-operative and patient. The reason for this letter is to acknowledge Faysal`s great customer service. I appreciate the service he gave me; he was a breath of fresh air! He is the first sales representative to turn my car buying experience into a pleasant one, and for that, I am grateful. I will be sure to recommend your dealership and M. Akl! After spending the last couple of months researching a replacement for my 2001 Passat, I finally decided on a 2013 Elantra. I walked into Bank Street Hyundai and was immediately greeted by Faysal with replacement for my 2001 Passat, I finally decided on a 2013 Elantra. I walked into Bank Street Hyundai and was immediately greeted by Faysal with a warm smile on his face! Faysal thoroughly went through all of the features and specs of the Elantra with me in the showroom in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also made a point to remember that I had a daughter and referred to her as such instead of saying "your child", which really impressed me and let me know he was paying attention to what I was saying. During the test drive, Faysal was very personable and funny. I was very nervous to drive a brand new car and it showed when I stalled the vehicle a few times during the test drive and Faysal made me feel comfortable, ensuring me that I would adjust to the different clutch in no time...he was right! When we arrived back to the dealership after the test drive, Faysal negotiated a great deal for me and I was off to see Joe in financing! Once again I was greeted with a big smile. Joe was also very thorough, ensuring I understood everything. I did not feel one ounce of pressure while he was explaining all the extras that were available for purchase. 4 days later I went into Bank Street Hyundai to pick up my brand new Elantra...while a big smile on MY face! Faysal was there to greet me and to go over some final paperwork. We then went out to my new vehicle and he was over all the features on the dash and radio and even paired my iPhone to the Bluetooth for me! When it was time to leave my daughter said to me "Mom, I LOOOOVE this car"...I couldn't agree more!! Faysal and Joe were very upfront, honest and not pushy at all (Very different from what I expected walking into a dealership to buy a new car!). I would absolutely recommend Bank Street Hyundai and Faysal to anyone that I know who is looking to purchase a new vehicle! More
After 'shopping' at various dealers, only to be disappointed, we realized that we liked the Sonata, so I went online to find used Sonatas, I found the Dalawri Bank Street Dealership. I filled in the coupon and a day or so later was called by Mark Molleken. We went to visit the dealership, we loved the 2012 Sonata and sat with Mark and negotiated a great price for the new car. We then went to Joe for the financing, he was amazing. Due to circumstances we were not able to get the new car, but Joe Younes worked with the bank and we were able to drive away in a 'used' 2012 on July 13. The car only had 17,255km and looks and feels brand new. We are in love with the new car. This dealership is exceptional, not pushy, they did not try to force us into a car that we did not want or need or that was above our price range. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone looking for a new/used car. Go ahead and shop, but make sure you end at Bank Street Hynudai - you will not be dissapointed. More

A week earlier, I had reminded this fellow's colleague that in 17 summers of driving my 1960 Ford Falcon, not one mechanic has ever said that to me, and no part has ever taken more than three days to reach me from Canadian or American suppliers via UPS. If someone were to tell me I would either have to return to Bank Street Hyundai or hitch-hike for the rest of my life, my thumb would pop up immediately... as well as my middle finger. More
