I had been searching the car dealers in my area around Sudbury Ontario and found that all the dealers I went in to see were very inflexible when it came to price. I was told by a friend of mine to check out Bank Street Hyundai in Ottawa as his sister had been very pleased with the service and price of the vehicle she had bought there. I emailed bank Street Hyundai and was pleasently surprised when I got a return e mail in very short order from Mark Molleken. Through a couple of e mails and phone conversations I was pleased to find that the price I offered for my Hyundai Sante Fe was accepted right over the phone. Mark was very helpful and not at all pushy in trying to make a sale. After setting up the deal and setting a delivery date, I had to call back and ask if the pick up date could be moved up and was pleased to find out that Mark worked to make it happen. When I got to Ottawa I found the dealership to be very clean and impressive with friendly and helpfull staff. The paperwork was ready when I got there and after an explanation of the new technology of the vehicle the deal was closed very efficiently. I would definitly advise any of my friends or family to contact Mark if they were in the market for a Hyudai. More

I went into the dealership a few days ago to look at the elantra. I wasnt planning on buying that day at all. My wife and I were greeted very promptly by Faysal. I wanted to drive the car which is why we stopped by after just driving a ford focus for a comparison. What I really liked was he knew enough to be quite and let us enjoy the drive and talk about the features of the car while still being open to questions and conversation. He gave us a great deal and before we knew it we were buying the car. The process was pretty smooth and relatively quick considering the financing etc. I would and will recommend this dealership and especially faysal in the future. More

We went to Bank Street Hyundai because the sign on the window said they are the #1 Hyundai dealership in Ontario. We were introduced to Faysal Akl. Through Gerry Cloutier, Faysal was able to quickly and efficiently rectify the problem giving us 100% satisfaction. Even though we live 500 kms away, we will be buying our next car from Faysal. We have recommended Faysal to family and friends, advising that the deal is worth the drive. Gerry was outstanding in assisting Faysal. I was in the market for my first NEW CAR in 30 years. I knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't be swaded in any other direction. I wanted a RED HYUNDAI ACCENT, 4 DOOR SEDAN, with a 6 speed manual transmissio knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't be swaded in any other direction. I wanted a RED HYUNDAI ACCENT, 4 DOOR SEDAN, with a 6 speed manual transmission at a great price. This store didn't have one in stock. But they got me one fresh out of the factory in less than 10 days. The deal included Not just a great price, but 4 new snow tires on rims, and winter floor mats plus a great trade in on my beat up old saturn wagon. The Sales rep I was dealing with, Faysal Akl was more than friendly and straight with me. We had a good relationship during the whole process. It was a bit like talking to my late brother.
