We sat down, told him exactly what my wife and I were looking for and I was upfront with the price range we would be happy with. Of course I surprised him upfront, also surprise his manager, Mark looked at me and said that he would do all he could to meet our needs. There was no running around, he went up to his manager twice only and returned to confirm that they were able to play with numbers and reach our secret number. Being so please with how well they address our needs, we ended up walking out with having purchase two vehicle, he found the Elantra Coupe with the options I wanted and instead of having my wife in the plain Tucson, Mark guaranteed that he could find the vehicle with the options she was looking for. Within a few minutes he found the perfect Tucson Premium with all the option she was looking for and also the color. The following Saturday we met with Mark, went for a test drive and with the right vehicles found, friendliness, professionalism and with amazing people skills, we decided to finalize the deal. Within a few days, we met again and to finalize all the paper work, Mark took the time in the evening even with the temperature being cool, made sure that we were aware of all the functions, options of the vehicle. I was told by a friend of mine to check out Bank Street Hyundai in Ottawa as his sister had been very pleased with the service and price of the vehicle she had bought there. I emailed bank Street Hyundai and was pleasently surprised when I got a return e mail in very short order from Mark Molleken. Through a couple of e mails and phone conversations I was pleased to find that the price I offered for my Hyundai Sante Fe was accepted right over the phone. Mark was very helpful and not at all pushy in trying to make a sale. After setting up the deal and setting a delivery date, I had to call back and ask if the pick up date could be moved up and was pleased to find out that Mark worked to make it happen. When I got to Ottawa I found the dealership to be very clean and impressive with friendly and helpfull staff. The paperwork was ready when I got there and after an explanation of the new technology of the vehicle the deal was closed very efficiently. I went into the dealership a few days ago to look at the elantra. I wasnt planning on buying that day at all. My wife and I were greeted very promptly by Faysal. I wanted to drive the car which is why we stopped by after just driving a ford focus for a comparison. What I really liked was he knew enough to be quite and let us enjoy the drive and talk about the features of the car while still being open to questions and conversation. He gave us a great deal and before we knew it we were buying the car. The process was pretty smooth and relatively quick considering the financing etc. I would and will recommend this dealership and especially faysal in the future. More
