On Friday 7th March 2014 I met with Mr. Omar Mohamed to test drive a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Luxury with third row seating. Upon my arrival, I received a friendly greeting by Mr Mohamed. We sat down and w test drive a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Luxury with third row seating. Upon my arrival, I received a friendly greeting by Mr Mohamed. We sat down and went over my requirements and compared the specs of the XL luxury and XL limited. We then proceeded outside where he provided a full brief of both models prior to the road test. I enjoyed the comfort and feel of the Santa Fe however was not impressed with the fact that XL Luxury did not come with Navigation or that there is no option package to add navigation which would then provide an 8 inch display as opposed to a 4 inch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Younan back in 2005 and was incredibly pleased that he remembered me from 9 years ago. Impressive! I had not met Mr. Habib before but it was our good fortune to get to deal with him. From the first moment when Mr. Habib was describing the features of the vehicle we were interested in, through the test drive, and then on to the paper work involved, he is a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly and focused on helping the customer with every detail. It was a privilege to work on the finance side of the deal with Finance Manager Mr. Ashur Younan. He is friendly, efficient and clearly an expert in his field. He saved us money wherever he could and sold us terrific value-added products.
