Alors le gentleman Mr Malka à pris l’initiative en charge pour sauver la réputation du nom bmw et ma offert un bon prix pour une x1 pour gagner un client, pourtant que l’erreur c’est produite par son concurrent. When leaving a message, one never gets a call back, and it always up to me to keep calling back and hope I connect with someone. Had the car in for a major work, and never got progress calls, unless I called in and somehow got a hold of one of the advisers. This was for a job that lasted almost 2+ weeks. I asked one of the salesmen (in person) if I could place a special order for a car (wanted certain model with extra row seating). Not available on the website, and not generally available in Canada, but took a chance and asked if we were to place an order in advance (1 year in advance), could it be available then. I know the answer would probably be no, but I never got a call back to give me a reply to my query. Appointments take a while to get when you do get through. The car rental representative (not part of BMW), always seems to give off a vibe of being in a bad mood. More
